Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver to anywhere in Colorado. 

We will start delivering outside of Colorado as soon the temperatures start to cool off. Even with the insulated packaging and ice packs, my logistics partner believes the heat this summer will still affect the chocolates in the delivery process.  


There is free shipping for orders $50 and over. 

When do you anticipate delivery outside of Colorado?

We believe the temperatures will be suitable for shipping around mid-late October. We will begin sending out the first out of state orders in that time frame. 

Do you take pre-orders?

Yes - if they are out of state, they will be taken as a pre-order and delivered based upon the time frame above. 

For specific orders (EG - holiday gift), please make a note on your order what week you would like it delivered and we will send it out to be delivered as close to that time frame that is within our ability. 

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not currently offer refunds. With deliveries, we cannot guarantee that your products are not melted, damaged, broken, etc. during the delivery process or after delivery. We cannot be held responsible for those issues. We recommend keeping your tracking number. We are not responsible for delays, incorrect addresses, etc. 

All sales are final. 

How long will my toffee last?

We recommend enjoying your toffee within a week of receiving them. If you refrigerate them, they will still be fresher longer but there is no guarantee on how much additional shelf life it will add to them. 

Not everything on the menu can be ordered...how come?

I try to make everything as fresh as possible. For some items, this is only possible in short windows of time. I include certain items on there for special orders. 

My order was ready same day but it said it would be a week. What is the reasoning here?

The standard time to prepare an order is about a week. This is to help overcome working delays (For example, certain chocolate suppliers have been on backorder or delayed). I will make your order as quickly as I can but want to ensure reasonable delays can be accounted for as well. 

How do I place a special order?

Some of the bon bons have different shapes...Is there a difference between them all?

They are all approximately the same size. The bon bons will all weigh approximately the same amount. Unless it is specified (EG - heart for Valentine's day), I use whatever ones are currently sanitzed and ready to be put to use. 

Pre-Order Cancellations / Refunds

Pre-ordered items can be canceled for a full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase.


You are able to cancel any order, in the form of a store credit gift card for 100% of the purchase, up until the time we ship your order.
