Information about
Breast Cancer Research Fundraiser

Hello, and thanks for taking a moment to learn more about this fundraiser!

I will be donating 20% of the profit from ALL pre-orders placed between now and October 31st to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit.

The flavor theme for this fundraiser is strawberry shortcake. I will be offering both strawberry shortcake toffee and bonbons. While these treats were made especially for this fundraiser, ALL items AND orders purchased will be included in the 20% donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Additionally, if you use the code ‘BCRF’, you will receive free shipping on any order over $75, no matter where you live in the continental United States!

Thank you for considering supporting both a small business and a wonderful cause!

Information specifically about the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, its status a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit, and to donate directly can be found here: https://www.bcrf.org/

FAQ's About the fundraiser

When does the fundraiser start and end?

August 14th - October 31st

Why are all orders being shipped out in October?

1. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month

2. This summer has been historically hot and shipping in this weather would likely result in damaged treats

3.They should arrive right in time for Halloween - A perfect treat!

If October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, why are you starting to fundraise now?

1. I have a full-time job other than this one - it gives me more time to plan, prepare, organize, etc.

2. More time fundraising means more donated in the end to a great cause

3. It helps me smooth out any unforseen issues in advance - since I have to sort everything out myself, extra time helps for the hiccups that come along.
